李飞律师，山西黄河律师事务所主任，研究生学历。2003年至今任山西省第三届律师协会会长，第六届中华全国律师协会常务理事。
1982年国家恢复律师制度即开始从事山西省律师行政管理与行业自律管理工作，先后任山西省律师协会秘书长、副会长、山西省法律援助中心主任；1992年创立山西黄河律师事务所，并于2005年被评选为“全国优秀律师事务所”。在长达二十五年的从业实践中，以卓越的专业才华及斐然的执业业绩赢得业内外、社会各界的认可和盛誉。
是数十家行业重点企业、上市公司、地方政府部门的法律顾问；承办刑事、民事、行政、涉外等领域案件数千件，很多案件在全省乃至全国具有重大影响。
著有《民法问答四百题》、《新宪法问答》、《法律在你身边》、《青工法学教材》等学术及普法类著作多部；在重要刊物发表学术论文或司法行政专题文章数百篇，多篇获得国家奖励。
获“山西省首届十大杰出中青年法学家” 、“山西省优秀青年律师”等殊荣，荣膺“光荣执业二十年”称号。

Widely regarded as a pioneer and explorer of local legal service field since the recovery of Chinese lawyering system in 1982, Mr. Lifei, enjoys a distinguished reputation throughout 25 years’ professional life, owing to his outstanding professional expertise and prominent achievements.
As early as 1992, Mr. Lifei founded Huanghe Law Firm, which was accredited one of the National Best Law Firm by CNBA in 2005.
Up till now, besides counseling scores of key enterprises, listed companies and local government departments, Mr. Lifei has successfully handled thousands of criminal, civil, administrative cases and those involving foreign issues, many of which were of great significance.
Author of many academic and educational books, among them 400 Q/A Civil Law, Q/A Latest Constitution, Law beside You, Legal Curricula for Young Workers, and of numerous articles which won national prizes.
Awardee of the Outstanding Young Jurist of Shanxi Province, the Excellent Young Lawyer of Shanxi Province, and Twenty Years’ Glorious Practicing Lawyer.
